What if I need emergency care?
Services provided by HomeGP are not for medical emergencies. Dial 999 to call an ambulance anywhere in Malaysia.
How will I be notified of my appointment?
You will recieve a SMS message within 10 minutes of making the booking.
How do I know that my online booking has been confirmed?
You will recieve a SMS message within 10 minutes of making the booking.
What about after hours or weekend care?
Our regular service hours are from 9am – 6pm, Monday - Friday. There is a surcharge for cases from 6pm – 9pm Mon- Fri, on Public Holidays and Weekends.
Are medications, prescriptions and nursing supplies covered by the payment?
The quoted price is only for the housecall consultation. This fee along with any added cost of medication and nursing supplies will be paid to the healthcare provider.
May I request for a male or female healthcare practitioner?
We try our best to accommodate to the requests of every patient. You may request for a male or female healthcare practitioner upon confirmation of your booking, but is not guaranteed.
How much does each house call healthcare service cost?
How do I reschedule or cancel a booking?
You may call us to reschedule within 24 hours of confirmed appointment. There will be an administration fee charged for cancellations.
